This is a new energy update for May 15, 2019. I have been feeling the energies ramp up lately and the message I received has everything to do with the ease at which we can manifest right now. While these increased energetic downloads can be exhausting on the physical body, it's important that we really pay close attention to the information we are receiving right now.
